Training in Hair Salons – TUCONMEDAY is an initiative of. TUCONMECRESCI (partner FULLGUI), for technical, administrative, organizational and marketing training at Beauty Salons.

Our philosophy, in addition to the events at the Academy, also includes training support directly on our clients’ premises.

Training in hair salons: what does TUCONMEDAY consist of?

The first step of the TUCONMEDAY at your Salon involves the “Salon Checkup“; during this phase, our Trainers act as “mystery clients.”

• They watch you from the window.
• They see how you are organized behind the counter.
• They observe how you run your laboratory (for example, how you prepare colors).
• They observe your employees during work activities (how they communicate with each other and how they communicate with your customers).

After the “Salon Checkup,” we present a proposal for “corporate restructuring,” with the creation and scheduling of a customized training program (technical, organizational, administrative, and customized marketing.).

Training in Hair Salons: Technical and Organizational TUCONMEDAY

During TUCONMEDAY, we come to your salon, showing you our business philosophy: our products, techniques and technology.

The TUCONMEDAY is a customized hairdressing event that can be held either in an open salon (with clients inside) or a closed salon (aimed only at business associates).

• Organizational TUCONMEDAY: is generally conducted with the hall closed and is concerned with the administrative and organizational formation of the business, including staff incentive plans.

• The Technical TUCONMEDAY: is instead conducted with the salon open and involves consulting activities on salon clients.

During the Technical TUCONMEDAY, we do counseling on your clients, going “beyond the cut and the crease,” showing you how to create and promote effective add-on proposals so that you get a higher receipt.

For example, we explain our tools such as Technical Books and Tapestry, with the latest trends on cutting techniques.

Basically, we explain how to develop your customized proposal, taking your service to a more important level (image consulting).
