I am Alessandro Fieno, Beauty Sector Expert: born as a hairdresser, with 35 years in the business, today I am in charge of developing my Salons and those of my clients to the highest levels, both in turnover, profit, and margin.

In love with my craft, first as a “conscious” hairdresser, now as a “conscious” entrepreneur, I am now engaged in “human-centered” education, focusing on marketing, administration and business intelligence.

I am the Founder of “YOU WITH ME CRESCI” and creator (together with my partners: Sabrina Schiavello e Fulvio Guidi) of the FULLGUI Brand, which purpose (in addition to selling products) is to implement our procedures and protocols on training to hairdressers-entrepreneurs.

My future is already present!

Over the next few years, I will be engaged in developing salons throughout Italy, to contribute to the emergence and growth of Entrepreneurs of the highest potential, recruiting and training the best talent to be included in their organizational chart!
